CHRISTMAS IS ALMOST HERE!!

  On Monday, was my TSA(tupelo Suzuki association) Christmas recital!  we played about ten classical Suzuki songs, the we played infant king, god rest ye merry gentlemen, jolly old st. Nicholas, and we wish you a merry Christmas! then the 'advanced' people played walking in a winter wonderland, and bugler's holiday.  Everyone who participated did great!  Ana Beth blassigame was there to watch, so afterwards she went out to eat with us! =) It was so fun!!  The next day was the Spartans skating/Christmas party!  I had so much fun, and so did everyone else!!  I already can't wait until the spring season!  It was really good to see everyone!  Today, Friday, we are at Mimi and Papa's house! yay!  Later, we are going to decorate gingerbread houses! I can't wait!  9 days until Christmas!!

new name!

     After tons of wonderful ideas(all of which i loved!!), I finally just decided on spikes and strings(as you can see!)! Thank you everyone for all the ideas!!

Blog name ideas? Anyone?

     For a while now i have wanted to change the name of my blog... I think it should involve running, violin, and possibly yarn...  Any ideas?  Something kinda like( I guess- just comment and say whatever you come up with!!)  Spikes and Strings(as in violin strings..)... Please comment and leave ideas!! I am open to anything!!

BMC XC camp and Mud Run!!!!

New Background!!!

Like my new background? I FINALLY changed it from that FALL background!!! At the time I thought, "Hey, I can change my background every time the season changes!" Well, apparently, that didn't happen! I think I had that background for over a year! Well, this time its one that can stay forever! LOL! =) Let me know what you think by commenting!

SO, SO, SO SORRY!!!

I am SO, SO, SO sorry I haven't posted in FOREVER!!!!!!! I'm just going to ignore the last MONTHS, and jump right into the now.... right now we are at BMC, getting ready for THE most fun event of the summer- BLUE MOUNTAIN COLLEGE CROSS COUNTRY CAMP!!!!!!!!!! It is going to be the most fun thing ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait!!!!!!!! Today we(Sarah and I) have laminated and cut out name tags for water bottles, and I punched holes in them. I also made playlists, on iTunes, and burned them onto separate CDs, for a lip sync contest we are having, and Sarah made finish cards for the 5k at the end of camp! Now this isn't just ANY 5k... it is going to be a MUD OBSTACLE COURSE 5K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS GOING TO BE THE MOST FUN 5K I HAVE EVER RUN!!!!!!!!! This race is going to be pure awesomeness! A few of the obstacles will include square hay bales to climb over, a spider web made out of rope, a pipe to crawl through, cattle gates to crawl through, and MANY other truly AWESOME things!!!!!!!!!!!!! Camp is going to be so much fun; We are going to have GREAT time!!! I can't wait to see what CD I get for the lip dub thing... I don't think I mentioned before that this is an overnight camp... We will be spending Wednesday night(the other campers will get there Thursday morning, but will will be getting there when the Blue Mountain runners and out of town runners are getting there), and leaving Saturday after the 5k and lunch. We are going to be doing various things such as several sessions, where different speakers(and my mom) will be giving talks on differant subjects, such as running 101, Injuries and Prevention, Team, nutrition, etc. Also, we will do stuff like play Frisbee, do crafts, practice for our lip sync thing, strength train, and RUN, of course!!! We will also be doing TONS of other SUPER fun activities!!! Sorry I keep emphasizing the SUPER FUNESS of it all, but in case you couldn't tell, I'm really super excited! Hopefully I'll post Mud Run pics afterwards, but, ya know, we'll see. See ya!!
